Registration for BBW 2026 is now closed.

If you’re buying a ticket from someone, please double check with us first. We will confirm with you that this person has a legitimate ticket and confirm the change of names.

If you’re selling your ticket: also kindly inform us.

Please do not buy tickets form any platform. Unfortunately there there are scammers out there, and once you have paid for an invalid ticket, we won’t be able to reimburse you.

Registration WEEK: 15 October 20.00 CET - 22 OCTOBER 20.00 CET

Once the registration is open, you can choose between:

  • Full Pass: 250€. Includes all classes, tasters, and official nights

  • Party Pass: 150€. Includes all official nights and tasters

Due to a very high demand and limited spots, registration enters you into a lottery — not a guaranteed spot.

The BBW Lottery

Due to a usual high demand and limited space, we’ll be using a lottery system to make registration fair and stress-free.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can register anytime during the registration week:
    Wednesday, 15th October (h 20.00 CET) to Wednesday, 22nd October (h 20.00 CET).

  • Everyone must register individually — each dancer in a couple needs to complete their own separate registration form.

  • After the registration week closes, we will randomly select participants for each pass type separately
    (Full Pass, Party Pass).

  • In the following days, you will receive an email letting you know if you got a spot or if you are on the waiting list.

  • We will aim for a balanced mix of roles and levels.

Registering with a partner for the same pass type increases your chances, as it helps us balance the dance floor.
Just make sure you both sign up and mention each other.
