Registration week for BBW 2027 will be open:

from Sunday 25 October 2026 (20:00 CET) until 1 November 2026 (20.00 CET)

HOW DOES IT WORK

As usual, the registration form remains open for a week, then we’ll allocate tickets by conducting a lottery, giving everyone who registers during that week an equal chance, and ensuring a balanced mix of roles and levels.

• You can register anytime during the registration week: Sunday, 25 October (h 20.00 CET) to Sunday, 1 November (h 20.00 CET).

• After the registration week closes, we will randomly select participants for each pass type separately
  (Full Pass, Party Pass).

• In the following days, you will receive an email letting you know if you got a spot or if you are on the waiting list.

• Everyone must register individually — each dancer in a couple needs to complete their own separate registration form.

• Registering with a partner for the same pass type increases your chances, as it helps us balance the dance floor.
  Just make sure you both sign up and mention each other.

• Make sure you write your partner’s name as they wrote it themselves, otherwise the system will not match you.
