Thursday night: peter edel
The official opening night of BBW 2026 is going to take place at Bildungs- und Kulturzentrum Peter Edel in Berliner Allee 125, 13088 Berlin.
HOW TO GET TO PETER EDEL:
The easiest way to get to Peter Edel is via tram.
From S+U Alexanderplatz take the M4 tram in the direction of Falkenberg or Hohenschönhausen/Zingster Str. and get off at Weißer See.
From the tram stop, it’s a 1 minute walk to Peter Edel.
In case your accommodation is close to tram lines M12 or M13, these two trams also stop at Weißer See.
FRIDAY NIGHT: säälchen
The Friday evening event is going to take place at Säälchen in Holzmarktstraße 25, 10243 Berlin.
HOW TO GET TO SÄÄLCHEN:
Either take the underground (“U-Bahn”) U8 or the overground (“S-Bahn”) S3 / S5 / S7 / S9
and get off at Jannowitzbrücke.
From the station it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Säälchen.
SaturDAY NIGHT: tangoloft
The Saturday evening event is going to take place at
Tangoloft (previously known as Bepop) in Pfuelstr. 5, 10997 Berlin.
HOW TO GET TO TANGOLOFT:
Either take the underground (“U-Bahn”) U1 / U3
and get off at Schlesisches Tor.
From the station, it takes around 5 minutes to walk to Tangoloft.
Alternatively, take the overground (“S-Bahn”) S3 / S5 / S75 / S9 and get off at Warschauer Straße.
From the station, it takes around 10–15 minutes to walk to Tangoloft.
SUNDAY NIGHT: tak
The Sunday evening event is going to take place
at TAK Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg in Prinzenstrasse 85 F, 10969 Berlin.
HOW TO GET TO TAK:
Either take the underground (“U-Bahn”) U8 and get off at Moritzplatz. Take the Prinzenstraße exit, and it’s a 1 minute walk to TAK. You will find TAK entrance in the backyard.
Alternatively, take U1 / U3 and get off at Prinzenstraße.
From the station, it takes around 10 minutes to walk to TAK.
If you want to minimize the walking distance, from the Prinzenstraße station you can take the connection with the U8 and in one stop you’re at Moritzplatz.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
To find your way around Berlin by train and underground,
use the BVG website or BVG Fahrinfo app which has a journey planner with all the train schedules that might be helpful. Tickets can be purchased at every station or on the BVG Tickets app.
